Pancake Mix

6 cups flour
1 tbsp salt
6 tbsp baking powder
6 tbsp sugar
2 cups powdered milk

Mix well. Store in airtight container.
To use: add:

1 egg
1 cup water
2 tbsp oil
1 and 1/2 cup pancake mix

Mix only 'til mixed. Place 2 tablespoons on hot griddle. Turn when golden brown on one side.
