Ingredients
1 - 10 ounce package frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup cashews, roughly chopped
1 cup chopped celery (3 stalks)
1/4 cup green onion, chopped (2)
4-5 strips of bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
1/3 cup lite sour cream
2 Tbsp lite mayo
salt and pepper to taste
How to Make:
Combine all ingredients and toss well to coat. Season to taste.
