Raw Apple Cake
4 cups diced apples
2 cups sugar
Mix together then add:
1/2 cup oil
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
Bake until edges move away from pan. The longer it sets, the moister it gets. Bake in 350 degree oven in 9 by 13 inch pan.
