Rhubarb Crisp

3 cups rhubarb, cut into small pieces
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp tapioca

Beat egg, stir in sugar and tapioca. Add the rhubarb. Blend well. Spoon into greased cake ??? pan.

Combine 4 tablesppons butter, 2/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup brown sugar. With fork. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
