Salmon Spread
1 tbsp dill sprigs or dill weed
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup salmon (boned and flaked)
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp lemon juice
7 drops tabasco
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Blend in food processor. This makes a nice spread for crackers.
