Saucy Meatloaf

1 lb ground beef, lean
1 egg
1/2 ??? cornflakes crumbs
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 can tomato soup, condensed
garlic, to taste
Lowry's, to taste
Italian seasoning (approx 1/2 tsp)
2 tbsp salsa
1 small onion chopped, or minced

Mix all into a loaf. Top with catsup. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and bake 20 more minutes.
