Sour Cream Potatoes

2 packages of frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup whipping cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix thawed potatoes with Swiss cheese. Mix sour cream, whipping cream, salt, and pepper. Mix sauce together with potatoes and cheese. Pour into sprayed 9 by 13 baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours
