Spiced Tea
1/2 pound orange pekoe tea
2 tbsp ground dried orange peel
1 tbsp ground dried lemon peal
2 cinnamon sticks, crushed
3 tbsp whole cloves
1 tbsp chopped crystallized ginger
1 tsp grated nutmeg
Combine all ingredients and stir to blend well. Store in airtight jar. To serve: 1 tsp in a tea ball on or strainer and add once cup boiling water. Makes 25 servings.
