One 16 ounce can refried beans
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese
1/2 cup shopped onions
1 and 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 to 1 tsp dried cilantro
1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine in a medium pan. Cook until hot and bubbley.
Makes 2 to 3 cups.
