1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup Corn syrup, light
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup pecans
2 tbsp bourbon
Cream butter, add sugar and cream together. Add beaten eggs to syrup, salt and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and bourbon until well mixed. Pour into 10 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
