Stuffed and Baked Green Chilies

3/4 pound Monterey Jack Cheese grated
3 cans (7 ounce) whole green chilies
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp flour
1 can (15 ounce) tomato sauce
black pepper, chili pepper, cayenne pepper

Grease 9 inch by 9 inch pan. Stuff green chilies with Monterey jack cheese and place in pan. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over green chillies. Pour/spread tomato sauce over mixture; massively sprinkle with chili pepper, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Mix together eggs, milk and flour mixture and pour over mixture. Cover with foil and back at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
