Sunrise Coffee Cake

1/2 cup mayonaise
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup orange juice
1 ??? grated orange rind
nut topping


Cream ma?????, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, baking powder, sodar and salt. fold in orange rind. Spoon half of batter into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until bread tests done. Yields 9 servings.

Topping

Beat ?? put in after half of batter is put into pan. 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
