Sweet and Sour Sauce

Juice for 4-slice pineapple can
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup brown sugar

Mix together and simmer, adding chopped pineapple slices the last few minutes. Use tapioca for thickening.
