2 egg whites
2/3 cup mayo
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup parsley minced
1/2 cup mixture of green onions and chives minced
1 and 1/4 tsp cayenne
3/4 tsp salt
2 pounds crab meat
1 and 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
Lemon wedges
Mix first 9 ingred. Add crab and 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Mix carefully to combine. Form into 16 3 inch crab cakes. Coat each with bread crumbs and refrigerate for at least an hour. To cook place on greased cookie sheet and broil 4'' from broiler for 4 min on each side till golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges.
