Mix 2 Tablespoons Italian Dressing and 4 minced cloves of garlic in large saucepan. Cook for 1 minute at high heat. Add 15 ounces can chicken broth and 4 cups water. Add 4 small chicken breasts-frozen or fresh. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken and shred with 2 forks, then return it to pot. Add 15 ounce can tomato sauce, 1 and 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1 can drained pinto beans, 1 can corn, 1 small can green chilies. Correct seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add rice if desired.
Serve w crumbled tortilla chips, chopped avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, etc.
