Triple Chocolate Cake
Grease and dust with cocoa 10" bundt pan, preheat oven to 350.
Toast 1/2 cup slivered almonds.
One 18 and 1/2 ounce devils food cake mix
1 4 ounce package instant chocolate pudding
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 eggs
3 Tbsp Amaretto
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Beat all ingredients in a bowl except the chips. Beat 2 minutes on high; stir in chips. Bake 50 minutes.
Glaze:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup chocolate chips
pinch of salt
Melt chips, stir into sour cream until smooth; spread evenly over cake. Sprinkle top of cake with toasted almonds.
