Yiftes (Swedish Holiday Dessert)

1 package fresh cranberries)Bring to a boil and cook until cranberries split.
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
Add: 2 packages strawberry jello
1 small can crushed pineapple
Cool until set but not too firm.

Crush 24 soda crackers. Whip 1 pint whipping cream; add 3 tablespoons sugar.

Fold crushed crackers into whipped cream. Use a glass bowl and place in layers, cranberries, then whipped cream, cranberries. Finish with whipped cream. Garnish with holly.
