Barley Casserole

Brown on low heat:
10 oz barley
1 cup butter
Add:
1 large onion, chopped
3 cans Swanson's Chicken broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 medium can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
Bake:
8 inch by 12 inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours.
