Chinese Chicken Salad

1 package Maifun rice sticks (may be found at Mark-It foods, a chinese grocery, and in some super markets)
1 box sesame seeds, browned
1 head lettuce
6 green onions, chopped with tops
2 or 3 pieces chicken shredded, broiled or baked

Fry noodles in hot oil as per directions on Maifun rice stick package. Mix all ingredients just before serving and add salad dressing just at serving time. If you don't have a great big bowl, shake up in a plastic bag.
