Dry Thickening
Used to thicken vegetables or cream gravy - or whatever.
1 and 1/2 cup non-fat milk
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
Mix ingredients together and store in fridge in a covered jar. Use 2 or 3 spoonfuls to obtain desired thickness of vegetables or gravy.
