2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
2 packages lime gelatin (3 oz)
1 tbsp vinegar
dash pepper
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup finly chopped radish
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup green pepper
Pour boiling water over gelatin and stir. Add cold water, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise and blend well with beater. Pour into a freezer tray and chill until firm, about 30 minutes. Beat until fluffy. Fold in vegetables. Let set until firm. Serves eight to ten.
