Lori's Island Potatoes

Cut potatoes in flanks; lay potatoes on a double folded foil tent. Sprinkle one package onion soup mix over the top of the potatoes. Add about 4 tablespoons of butter. Close the tent and place on warm coals. Cook on coals for about 1/2 hour or until potatoes are soft, turning often.
