1 large whole vanilla bean
1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 tsp liquid lecithin
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Cut vanilla bean into small pieces. Place in small mixing bowl. Pour boiling water over the bean pieces, cover bowl, allow to steap overnight.
Next morning: Blend bean and water in electric blender. Add lecithin, honey and oil. Blend again. Pour into storage containers, cap tightly. Store in refrigerator. Shake before using. Use as you would use commercal vanilla.
